SUN CITY MacDONALD RANCH

Sun City MacDonald Ranch is located in southeast Las Vegas, just east of Green Valley Parkway and south of the I-215. It's only a few miles from the Las Vegas strip and the airport. It is approximately 15 minutes from the strip and airport. It is nestled up against the Black Mountains. Amenities include an 18-hole golf course, recreation center, tennis, jogging, and swimming (outdoor pool only). At approximately 2,400 homes, it is Del Webb's smallest local age restricted community to date. Homes range from under 1100 sq. ft. to around 2,200 sq. ft.

Desert Willow Community Center features a social hall, multipurpose rooms, heated 25-yard outdoor resort swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness room, full service restaurant, tennis courts, bocce or horseshoes, hiking trails, fully equipped Pro Shop, driving range and putting green. There are 9 floor plans that range from 1,020 to 2,014 square feet and a choice of one or two bedroom homes.

Developer Del Webb built Sun City MacDonald Ranch's Las Vegas retirement homes exclusively for local retired homeowners. Residents also have the advantage of enjoying reasonably low-priced green fees. One of the distinguishing factors of Sun City MacDonald Ranch is that the onsite golf course is actually owned by the Las Vegas golf course homeowners, which is unlike that of Sun City Anthem or Siena.
