Stanhi Towers

As presently planned, work is slated to begin later this year on the 45-story, 500-foot high rise featuring views of the entire Las Vegas Valley. SEMCO anticipates providing custom surfacing covering 14,813 square-feet of the building by developer Sam Cherry. The condominium units are currently priced to start in the high $400,000 range with the first occupancies slated for 2009.
Stanhi will be the third project by Sam Cherry Development, all of which are located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. With Soho Lofts, Newport Lofts, and Stanhi all going up within a three block radius, the first true village in downtown is emerging. Rising 45 stories, and more than 500ft, Stanhi will be the tallest building in Downtown Las Vegas. With valet service, a 24-hr doorman, cool/dry storage for deliveries, a restaurant, and the possibility of the first urban grocer, Stanhi is sure to offer the amenities and services you’re looking for. The 8th floor amenities deck will also include a fitness center with all state of the art workout equipment and spa like facilities, pool, Jacuzzi, cabana’s and garden and pet areas.
All units in Stanhi will be built out as one bedroom, with the ability to combine adjacent units to create larger living areas. Standard finishes will include kitchens with European style cabinetry, a stainless steal appliance package, granite countertops, kitchen islands, and tile flooring. The master bathroom standards will include Japanese style soaking tubs with glass enclosed showers, modern fixtures, European style cabinetry, and tile floors. The residence will also offer 9’ ceilings with floor to ceiling glass. Popular options will include sliding room partitions, various wood flooring choices, furniture packages, and the ability to adjoin adjacent units to create additional bedrooms or living areas.
Estimated completion and first move-ins will be early 2009.
