Los Prados
Located in the northwest. Has both age restricted and non restricted areas. A guard gated community with a 18 hole golf course. Also included are 2 pools, recreation community center and tennis courts. Community started in the 80's and completed in 1998. There are 22 communities of which half are are restricted.
Promenade, The
A small gaurd gated community with a total of 188 homes with single story, two car garages. Located west of Decatur and south of Meadows Lane. Most of the homes were built in the 1980's. You have access to pool and clubhouse.
SIENA at SUMMERLIN
Located at the Southern tip of Summerlin Master Planned Cummunity, between Flamingo and Tropicana, Siena offers an exclusive gaurd gated community with golf course property, pools, spas, community centers etc.
Silver Springs / Sterling
Lowest cost per sq ft of age restricted communities. Location is west of Boulder Highway by Russel Rd. House sizes range from 1000 to 1400 sq. ft. Next to Sam Boyd stadium. Airport and "The Strip" are about 20 minutes away.
SOLERA at ANTHEM
Solera at Anthem is located in Henderson. Solera at Anthem is a sister community to Sun City Anthem. All residences must have one owner/occupant at least 55 years old, and there are no permanent residents under age 19. Homes here are smaller, with five single-story designs. There is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to The Revere at Anthem as well as other local courses. You can play on the tennis and bocce courts, and go to the pool, spa, fitness center, computer room and club area.
