ManhattanWest will be situated on 20 lushly landscaped acres in Las Vegas' booming Southwest, centrally located between Summerlin and the Strip on Russell Road just west of I-215. The community will feature 700 condominiums and lofts, 150,000 square feet of office space for sale or lease, and more than 40,000 square feet of retail. 
Manhatten West is located on Russell Road west of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the mixed-use project will be comprised of 700 residences, 150,000 square feet of office and 40,000 square feet of retail space on 20 landscaped acres. 
The ninth floor Sky Lounge at Element House will offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas Valley from the mountains to the Strip, according to the developer. The roof deck area will feature two lounge pools. 
ManhattanExpress, a free premium shuttle service is planned for ManhattanWest. The service will take owners to the airport, Strip and Summerlin.
