Icon Las Vegas encompasses two towers with 514 residences priced from the $700,000s. The homes come in three floor plans ranging from 972 to 1,824 square feet, and they include one to three bedrooms, a den and two or 21/2 baths, with such amenities as balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows. Reservations are being taken for the residences in Tower 2. The community offers 24-hour concierge, valet parking and security services. Located off Las Vegas Boulevard at Convention Center Drive, the towers offer views of the Strip and surrounding mountains. Icon’s designer, Arquitectonica, has won numerous AIA Honor Awards. The Rockwell Group is creating Icon Las Vegas’ lobby and an oasis on the sixth-floor deck with a pool, daybeds and cabanas. Related Las Vegas is a partnership between Jorge Perez of the Related Group of Florida and Stephen Ross of the Related Cos. Their portfolio includes more than $20 billion in real estate assets, including the recently completed $2.2-billion Time Warner Center in Manhattan and CityPlace, a 72-acre mixed-use urban destination in West Palm Beach, Fla. Related Las Vegas also is a partner and developer of World Market Center, a 57-acre home furnishings complex in Las Vegas.
