PROJECT CITY CENTER

Still in the development stage, Project City Center will be located on the site of the Boardwalk Hotel-Casino, located on Las Vegas Boulevard, between Bellagio and Monte Carlo. Quick access will be provided by US Highway 95 and Interstate 15.

Unique Fact: The largest and most expensive private development under way in the United States.

This will be a 66-acre development being created by MGM Mirage that will include 1,650 condo-hotel units along with a 60 story, 4,000 room hotel casino, two nongaming 400 room boutique hotels, two 500 unit condominium high-rises and 500,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
