Recreation The opportunities for recreation in Summerlin are endless — just decide what you want to do each morning and walk outside your front door. More than 30 percent of Summerlin has been designated as community open space, including passive and active parks, soccer and baseball playing fields, basketball, volleyball, and tennis, courts, natural preserves, golf courses, and the expansive, 150-mile Summerlin Trail System.

Education The commitment to education begins with the community developers and the Clark County School District (CCSD), who work together to develop public schools to meet the community's unprecedented growth. Today, there are eight private schools and nine public schools to provide parents a full range of educational choices from preschool through high school to choose from. Summerlin is home to the Community College of Southern Nevada's High Tech Center. The CCSN Tech Center features an interactive learning center, four computer labs and a Boys and Girls Club Youth Center. For those whose penchant for learning leans more towards casseroles and soufflés, Summerlin is home to the prestigious Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas.

C2 Lofts will feature residential lofts configured in two five-story buildings at the southwest corner of the 215 freeway and West Charleston Boulevard. Eight dynamic floorplan designs are offered, ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to over 2,800 square feet. The positioning of the buildings will enable buyers to select lofts that will offer panoramic views of the Red Rock mountain range and the Las Vegas city lights.

The loft residences will feature minimalist styling highlighted by exposed ductwork, expansive windows, and ceiling heights that range from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story lofts and 20 feet in two-story lofts.
