C2 Lofts will feature residential lofts configured in two five-story buildings at the southwest corner of the 215 freeway and West Charleston Boulevard. Eight dynamic floorplan designs are offered, ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to over 2,800 square feet. The positioning of the buildings will enable buyers to select lofts that will offer panoramic views of the Red Rock mountain range and the Las Vegas city lights.

The loft residences will feature minimalist styling highlighted by exposed ductwork, expansive windows, and ceiling heights that range from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story lofts and 20 feet in two-story lofts.
