Anthem Country Club: Neighborhood of 1,700 upper-end residences. Gaud gated community which is built around a Keith Foster/Hale Irwin designed golf course. The centerpiece is a 33,000 square foot clubhouse which includes fitness facility, tennis courts, several pools, resturarants and childrens play area.
Anthem Coventry: Non-gated neighborhood. Includes scenic parks, walking trails, schools, skateboard park, and an in line hockey course.
Anthem Highlands(news): Open to residents of all ages. A 400 acre community has about 1,500 single and two story homes.
Sun City Anthem: One of Las Vegas's better known retirement community. Consists of about 6,300 homes along with a 77,000 square foot Anthem Center wich offers a variety of social and recreational activities.
Solera at Anthem: A Senior Community with smaller homes. Offers pool, spa, fitness center, computer room and club area for residents. Total area will be about 385 acres with 1800 homes. |
