Aliante
Aliante is the new community by North Valley Enterprises, LLC, an affiliate of
American Nevada Company and Del Webb Communities Inc. Nestled among the
majestic landscape where the desert meets the foothills of the Sheep Mountain

DIRECTIONS
From The Strip and McCarran International Airport, about a 25-minute ride, take I-15 North to 1-215 West, the exit after Craig Road, turn left and follow eight miles to Aliante Parkway, take right and then right at stop sign, with course on left.
COURSE RATING/DESCRIPTION
Aliante Golf Club, a par-72, 7,022-yard layout, which opened in cecember is designed by renowned architect Gary Panks and managed by OB Sports Golf Management, the 18-hole course is the centerpiece of the latest master-planned Del Webb community, Aliante (Italian for soaring) opened in December 2003, and Panks landscaped it for immediate impact. The front nine meanders through hundreds of pear trees and shrubs that frame many holes, while the back nine traverses numerous plantings of Mondale pines and purple locust trees with their bright color splashes. A running theme for the mostly-level course is a groomed arroyo on virtually every hole. An arroyo often runs along or across the Bermuda fairways, and sometimes cuts in front of or behind the tee boxes or Tiffeagle greens, which are small to medium - in the 6,000-square-foot range - with moderate to fairly severe undulation.

| Aliante is home to the Aliante Golf Club. This course boasts more than 7,000 yards of greens. In addition, an unusual element to this course, the golfer feels slightly elevated on the back 14 holes.
